Dutch Elm Disease
Dutch Elm Disease changes the landscape at the BMX track. These trees and many others nearby will have to be felled at some time or other. Maybe logs could be distributed to those in fuel poverty who still have an open fire or a stove? Sort of thing the old District Council used to do wasn't it? Nearby below Whinnieknowe new railings appear.
