'A railway enthusiast has started a campaign to reopen a 22-mile stretch of train line that would link Forres and Grantown for the first time in 44 years.
David Gregson has lodged a petition on the 10 Downing Street website, saying the line would “bring employment to the area, ease road congestion and give the region's tourist trade and economy a much-needed boost”. '
