Imagine being given a job that paid £10,065 a year for which you only had to offer your services for two days a month, for an eight hour day that is almost a pound a minute!Most folk would be pretty chuffed, even more so if this contract was renewed and this is exactly what has happened for one Angus MacKenzie.
Minister Jim Mather has extended Mr MacKenzie’s appointment to the board of HIE until March 2011. I wonder if the post offers a pension?
