The DPEA reporter has turned down the appeal. Plans for a night club were initially turned down by Highland Council now the subsequent appeal has had the knock back too.

Great news, especially for all the nearby residents
Not wishing to inflict a night club on anyone but are there any out of town sites that might be suitable
Balmakeith, or is that too near the now sprawling Lochloy housing, the old visitor centre was a pub with live music for a while
