No, don't think so. Knotweed seems to be confined to the riverside areas with the odd attempt to establish itself along the beach. Hopefully it won't be long before the Japanese Aphid or whatever that (allegedly) will decimate it arrives in Nairnshire.
Could we get a "cancel the council debt" bug from Japan as well?
I can see that street scaping might improve this building, roof looks in the same state as the Links school though, could be costly
Im expecting a bare foot Tilda Sw to climb out of the window haha
