Does anyone know what "affordable" means? Is it just a term for planners and politicians or does it have a cash value relative to real lives and places?
can not see the document yet, but were do they park cars? but at least some thing is going to be done with this building. unlike some of the other ones that just look a eye sore each time you pass them. pull them down before they fall down.

'Document not available for viewing at this time' it says.
Second thoughts?
Just had it up Jim but had that problem in the past with the e-planning pages.
the plans look fantastic, ill be considering one of these....
are any of them going to be affordable I wonder or will they price the local wage earner out of the market.

apparently they are aimed at "net starters and downsizers" or atleast thats what it said on thedocuments on the website...
document still not available just checked again today, so unable to comment on it.
You can find the details by searching the Highland Council Eplanning web site - use 'Rosebank' as a search term.
I've lost count of how many different planning applications have either been lodged, withdrawn or approved for Rosebank Church over the years.
Does anyone think that this latest approval will increase the likelihood of the building being being sorted out any time soon?
