Well, I thought it was based on the notorious floating 'Duck House' which featured in the Parliamentary expences scandal. All it needs is the curly roof.
Wasn't it ordered by the former Member for Totnes? I believe he claimed that the ducks didn't like it. Any reaction from the Mink?
And here was me thinking is was some sort of wave powered turbine!
