Can anyone explain to one of our regular readers what this area at the top of Moss-side Road/Junction with A96 is? Our correspondant is baffled and so are we.Also, the lights are being installed but do they have to be switched on? Perhaps Fergus could ask for a rethink in the light of what has been published in the Nairnshire recently. Fergus is quoted:
"Now Sandown is not proceeding then the immediate need for the traffic lights has gone as well. It wasn't reappraised, there was not much consultation and I'm concerned about Transport Scotland not listening to the needs of Nairn."
