Secondary Economic Activity: Gordon's sawmill Nairn Part 1

Thanks to Ewan for sending us the link to this interesting video. It gives an intrticate insight into what happens at the sawmill up until the wood arrives at the drying kilns.

    just shows how sawmills have advanced over the years, most the work now done by machines, in days gone by a lot more labour would have been used to produce sawn timber.
