Free e-books from your local digital library
One of our regular readers points us in the direction of a Highland Council page about free e-books from the Highland Libraries Service. More information here.
Must be a strict licensing agreement whereby only one person can download a title in any given period. I wonder if they want you to upload the eBook when you're finished with it! See below
If an eBook is being used, can I create a reservation? Yes, the eBook service allows you to reserve an eBook which has already been downloaded. If you wish to include your email address with the reservation you will be alerted as soon as the title becomes available.
