River CC should start thinking about the whole town for a change. Talking percentage votes is a futile excuse, everyone resident in Nairn has the right to become a member of NICE including all the Community councillors. Forget the politics, look at the big picture and lets get Nairn sorted and put on the map !
Well said, Anonymous@10.03pm! That's the kind of spirit that will help NICE get going. More people should be thinking about what's good for "the whole town", rather than being parochial and talking percentages.
