NICE get until the end of July to prepare a business plan for the old social work buildings

As predicted the Council owned land is now off the market and NICE have to come up with the goods by the end of July according to the IC. The Courier reports today : "NICE wants the ex-council offices to become a tourist centre with public toilets, a cafe and shop."
