Nairn County Supporters Coffee Morning at the British Legion on Saturday (April 6) will have a flavour of science-fiction to whet the appetite of young County fans going along with their mums and dads.
Nairn’s very own Stormtrooper from the Star Wars Galactic army will be making an appearance in the morning and in the afternoon when County take on Clach in a tasty Highland League Cup quarter final at Station Park.
This is the first major fund raiser for the public to become directly involved and show their support for the campaign to carry out major upgrades at Station Park.
“The response to the Panel Beaters Appeal and on-line Facebook auctions has been tremendous. But this week sees the start of programme of events which the public of Nairn can participate in and show their support for the club,” said campaigner Donald Wilson.
The coffee morning starts at 10am. Donations of bakes, bottles, raffle prizes welcome. Volunteers please be there for 9am to set up. The Force be With You!
