A major page seven spread in the P&J today with a picture of Dick Youngson at the station brae traffic pinch point. Dick is quoted:
"Councillors and planners should take local opinion on board but they haven't , we have been totally ignored. The town has really risen up in protest, the population of Nairn realise that if this is passed it is going to cause a lot of problems."
The article also states; Nairn Suburban, Nairn River, Nairn west, East Nairnshire, Auldearn and Croy community councils have come together to gather support ahead of next week's vote. "
