On the positive side - they are council homes for folk on the waiting list. On the positive side, the building has lifts- so will hopefully be an attractive housing option for those with disability or more elederly. On the positive side, they will be handy for Public Transport and for bringing some extra life and spending to the Town Centre. On the positive side we've put up with a derelict bus station for more than 20 years. On the positive side, it blends (in a limited way) with the Police Station and the Community Centre. Negative side - Could have been better still - but - then again, it could have been derelict for another generation.
good to see some positive comments on this. those made at 11 04am are bang on. was getting fed up at the eyesore that was taking up this space before. now move on to rosebank church how many more years is this going to be left in the state it is in?

Postal Address - Monstrosity Heights
Very grey, and too high. One storey less would have been OK
Hideous waste of valuable central town space

A before and after picture might help folk to decide which they prefer?

not sure yet
all very nice but how many Nairn residents on the waiting list will actually get in there?
apalling building
Colour of building won't matter soon, seagulls will take care of that. I bet they are sitting thinking great target practice, "take, aim and fire"
Is it Council, Housing Association or a private development?
Looks like an institution. ..too high ..too grey
