‘Reunion Sunday on the Links is a FREE all day open air licensed Music Festival based around the Links Bandstand. Its opportunity to meet old friends, entertain the family, listen to some great live music and experience the best of Nairn.
The free Festival will start off with an open air Church Service at 11.00 with Rev Steven Manders. The live music from the Links Bandstand kicks off at 12 noon right through to 5.30, with a fabulous line up including the professional Kitty Black band doing 80’s and 90’s covers plus their own original material, indie folk and rap group Autumn Sun, plus Nairn’s very own legendary Speldings Ceilidh band.
Reunion Sunday will be a family orientated Festival comprising the ‘Showies,’ who will be there all day , the giant kites in the main arena, the legendary Classroom Beer Tent, plus extensive catering i.e Hog Roasts, Steak Bar, Burger Bar, Fish and Chips, Ice Cream, plus the FREE live music all day from the Links Bandstand.
It’s a great day for everyone to chill out and especially for those people who had to work on Games Day. Reunion Sunday, Fun in the Sun or Pain in the Rain, either way, it’s going to be a great Nairn day out’

Really - Rev Steve is a headline act - make sure you don't miss it!
Sounds like an excellent idea, hopefully it will be well attended with the possibility of it becoming an annual event, I'll be there.
I can never understand folk who 'rubbish' ideas that folk come up with to try and bring a few more folk into town and provide a bit of summer entertainment for visitors and locals alike, its the same kind of folk who complain there is never anything going on in town !
