Nairn played a far better game than the Tuesday night fare that saw them exit the North Cup but Formartine snatched a goal in the dying minutes. Despite several good County chances during the game Formartine open their season with three points taken at Station Park to make it two disappointments in a row for the local fans.
A day that the new County Centenary strip was revealed to the world however and quite a smart outfit it is too - see the images below.
