One month ago we commented upon the startling lack of information on the information board put into Castle Square on the High Street
There is still no information of any kind on either side of the board. Someone must have requested this item of street furniture, someone must have ordered it and someone must have paid for it. Time to finally put something in it or just pull it out and sell for scrap if it is never going to be used?

No doubt you do good murd,but why do you always get your words recorded and you deeds photographed
The answer to that is I am pleased with what I do for the good of the community {every little helps} And not afraid to pass on my thoughts on what I think. Hence the reason I will put my name to all I say and do and do not use Anonymous.

I am still awaiting the telephone call promised last week with info as to who the public contact to use it. Dropped message to our councillors but no reply.
could it not be used for lists of achievements the council have failed in doing,also,their names.
and future projects that will never see the light of day.

Aren't Highland council usually good at producing lots of information but no action?
I think its a very comprehensive list of the activities and events that our local councillors have arranged for the next few years.
On one side we could have a list of everything taken away from Nairn by Highland Council in the last twenty years and on the other a list of everything that will go soon.
