All because I failed and you're not even having fireworks
I think it's an excellent idea not to have fireworks! Makes it much more of a pagan event. And much more animal friendly.
I think they should take out the bonfire and then the event would be of no relevance to any traditional celebration at this time of year

The Facebook link in the last comment reflects a rather typcial small town-small mind philosophy that seems to have infected this country.Mr Smith may have the time to spend producing artwork that will incess those that are trying to organise events in the town.Pity he didn't get off his a*** and spend the time helping instead.
