Quite appropriate since the previous clientele were frequently found wearing 'beer goggles'
If they are going into the Vic then I can't see it opening in the near future as I would have thought there would need to be a lot of work done to get the place ready and nothing seems to be happening at the moment.
Maybe a 'spec'ulative application?
