A perfect illustration - as if it were needed - of Highland Council's persistent tendency, or deliberate policy, to ignore the second-largest town in their entire region.
A bit like the old-style habit of totalitarian regimes to omit any mention of out-of-favour figures from official histories, and to "airbrush" past leaders out of photographs.
